Hi,

Please open the file <root>/components/com_jbjobs/views/jobseeker/tmpl/editresume.php and search for 256. You could find in four places. Replace that with any number you want. Please make sure the length of the description you set is also set in the database table jos_jbjobs_resume table, column name description
