Please note:

1. Fix nationality bug that would render editing profile
2. Removal of osolcaptcha plugin - Joomla's ReCaptcha plugin will be used, you may unpublish or uninstall osolcaptcha plugin
3. Inclusion of new salary range selection for more robust search based on ranges
4. New Top Employers module
5. By default, jobseekers are set to be in free mode and you may change this to pay mode in Global Config -> Component Settings -> Global -> Free mode for Jobseeker and set to 'No'
6. If you put it to pay mode, all the existing jobseekers are assumed to be in Plan No. 1. Please configure the plan settings accordingly.

1. This is a complete package which installs all the necessary component, modules and plugins in a single shot. There is no need to install the extensions separately.
2. If you are upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3 Stable, please note that the Jobseeker profile page has been modified and you need to reconfigure the Field Ordering/Standard Field Settings.
